Old Mout Sampling Promotion 2025 T&Cs

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy). From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

1. Only open to residents in the UK [and Channel Islands and Isle of Man] aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.

2. To enter scan the QR code on the leaflet received alongside a sample of Old Mout and enter your personal details. Entry is limited to one per person. 
 
3. No Purchase Necessary to enter.  

4. Promotion opens at 00:00 on 19th May 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 31st August 2025 (“Promotion Term”).  

5. The winners will be the first 20 entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries within w/c 1st September 2025. The Judges’ decision is final.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners using methods such as AI and  manual verification processes and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.  

6. There are 20 prizes to be won of a £200 Ticketmaster voucher. Voucher terms and conditions apply – see https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/giftcards for details. Vouchers are not for resale. Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of activation.

7. Winners will be notified by email by 19th September 2025 and have 7 days to respond. Any winners that respond within 7 days will receive a prize. If the winners do not respond within 7 days, they will not receive a prize. Promoter will not perform any redraws. Limited to one prize per person.

8. Winner details will be available on enquiry, by writing to Heineken UK Limited, 6 St Andrews Square Edinburgh EH2 2BD, between 29th September to 19th October 2025.  
The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address above, which must arrive between 29th September and 19th October 2025. By entering the promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the address above. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where the Promoter is required to demonstrate it has awarded any advertised prizes. 

9. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. No multiple entries from a single IP address will be valid.  

The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void.  

Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of message due to operator or network failure or for any associated costs to entrants.  

No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.  
 
15. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.  

16. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

17. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.  

18. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prize are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of the voucher. Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.  

19. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/X/Instagram. Facebook/X/Instagram is not responsible to entrants in respect of any aspect of this promotion.

20. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

21. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.  The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
